The hotel is located in a stunning location on the mountains which provides a breathtaking view. the breakfast was super tasty and the spacious family room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with modern-styled amenities such as a clean bathroom with a strong wifi signal. the staff was kind, helpful, and friendly.
The absence of a lift was a bit disappointing and inconvenient , especially those with heavy luggage.

The view of the mountains from my room was amazing. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool and sauna, were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

My Christmas experience at this hotel was memorable. the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony was spectacular, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the spa was the best aspect of my stay, as I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and indoor pool. the free parking and proximity to the ski bus stop were very convenient. the food was delicious, and the complimentary Aktiv card allowed for free access to many activities in the area.
The lack of a lift, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues or a lot of luggage. this did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

The scenery surrounding the hotel was beautiful, and it was conveniently located near various attractions. The hotel had a good restaurant with delicious meals. The room was spacious and clean.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We found it difficult to communicate with them because they were not very accommodating.
